DM7600 High Intensity Prismatic Grade reflective sheeting

Description

DM-Reflective films Series 7600 HIGH INTENSITY PRISMATIC GRADE are weatherproof, self-adhesive retroreflective films with an excellent corrosion and solvent resistance.The retroreflective system consists of sealed cells of air backed microprisms, using total internal reflection(see the structure drawing as below).The smooth surface PMMA shows a high scratch resistance and impact strength, and a very good printability with the internal PMMA microprismatic layer.
The reflective data and colours comply with
specifications of this class (RA2; design C)
such as DIN 65720 & DIN 6171 and typeIV
of ASTM D4956.

Area of use

DM7600 were especially developed for the production of reflective durable traffic control signs, work zone devices and delineators that are exposed vertically in service. Applied to properly prepared sign substrates, DM high intensity prismatic sheeting provides long-term reflectivity and durability.DM7600 has an adhesive with an excellent adhesion on metallic surfaces as aluminium and zinc coated steel plate.If you need apply them on the other material such as PP,PE,HDPE and so on pls contact with DM sales team for support.
Printing method
The use of DM- Screen printing inks series 2600 is recommended.
